Claim Phone Numbers for Various Companies
Claims are often served by third party administrators (TPAs) and the field is constantly changing. Sometimes, for instance, worksite cases are managed by a TPA, but policies bought on the open-market are not. I have also seen it break down by vintage: older policies farmed out to TPAs while newer ones are kept in-house. Feel free to try the phone listed below for your company, but bear in mind this may have changed. If it has changed, make a note in your log and then always call the correct number moving forward.Also, note that claim processing sites may vary from where the policy is headquartered for premiums or other services. Some will be east coast, some central and some west coast time. To save on hold time, it is best to call early in their work morning and/or later in the week.
