A Rate Increase Letter

Rate increases are complex. We will spend an hour with you to review your current benefits and rate increase, as well as options to reduce coverage. To help make a good decision we will also do a risk profile test with you and help you assess the current and future cost of care in your area. The fee for this is $150. You should be well armed, however, to make a good decision at the end of the conversation.
