What does the contract say about

Your long term care claim?

Every long term care policy is actually a CONTRACT – this means that it is a legal document and spells out clearly the conditions that will obligate the carrier to pay out benefits for your care needs. However, it is not uncommon for the details to be spread out in multiple sections in the contract. Further, a long term care claim has a two part test: medical eligibility and care giver eligibility. A claimant must meet both parts to be eligible to receive payments on your long term care claim.
